Privacy and cookie policy
This notice explains how personal data of visitors to the Deved website is processed under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended.

Data and purposes
Browsing involves transmitting technical data necessary to deliver pages and protect the website: IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser and operating system information, and request outcome. These data may appear in system logs. We do not collect data for advertising profiling and do not use contact forms, newsletters or public registration. Language selection uses the page URL, without a dedicated preference cookie.
Email communications
Contact links open your email application; the website does not automatically send your data. If you write to us, we process your email address, message and any information you provide to answer your enquiry. Providing these data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply. We do not use these communications for marketing. Please avoid sending information unnecessary for your enquiry.
Legal bases and required data
Technical and security processing relies on the controller’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Responding to service or quotation requests relies on precontractual steps requested by you (point b); other correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in responding (point f). Legal obligations rely on point c. Technical data are necessary to communicate with the server; data sent by email are optional.
Recipients and location
The web server is located in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union. Authorised Deved personnel and hosting, maintenance and email providers may access data as necessary for their services and, where required, as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Data are not publicly disclosed. The website has no analytics or advertising integrations transferring browsing data to such providers. Before introducing services involving transfers outside the European Economic Area, destinations and applicable safeguards under Articles 44 onwards GDPR will be specified.
Retention
Technical cookie lifetimes are listed below. Session data cease to be valid when the session expires; expired records are removed through periodic system cleanup. Any technical logs are retained as necessary for operations, troubleshooting and security, according to system rotation and deletion cycles; longer retention may be necessary to investigate an incident or meet legal obligations. Email correspondence is retained to handle and close the enquiry and thereafter only as necessary for legal obligations or protecting rights, according to applicable limitation periods.
Rights and complaints
Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@deved.it; we normally respond within one month, subject to extensions permitted by Article 12 GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or seek a judicial remedy. We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling.
Basic analytics: not yet active
No visitor analytics service is currently installed and no analytics cookies are set. If basic statistics are introduced, this notice will be updated before activation with the chosen service, data, cookies, lifetimes, recipients and any transfers. Analytics may be treated as technical cookies only when the Italian authority’s conditions are met: aggregate statistics relating to this website, data minimisation and, for third-party services, IP masking and no combination with other data or disclosure to further third parties. If those conditions are not met, tools will remain blocked until consent is given, with options to refuse and withdraw consent. The label “basic analytics” alone does not exempt a service from consent.
Cookie controls and external links
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect some functions. The homepage includes a download badge loaded from Shields.io (img.shields.io). When the browser loads the badge, it sends the external service your IP address and technical request data; the badge is not an analytics service installed by Deved. Shields.io states that it uses no cookies and keeps no visit logs, and uses Fly.io and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Loading the badge relies on the legitimate interest in displaying current information about the open source project. Locations and any transfers relating to this external resource are described in the provider and infrastructure services’ notices linked below. Links to external websites open independent services only when selected; please consult their own notices. This notice covers the public Deved website; contractual relationships are accompanied by information relevant to the service.
